Check-in

Check-out

During checkout (cancellation), please pay the charge if the phone had been used. Although lighting and heating charges are included in the rental, actual charges are payable in the case of excessive usage.

Charges

Rents are to be paid during check-in. Cash and credit cards (Visa, JCB, American Express, MasterCard) are accepted.

• ※ Entry will be barred in the event of delay in advance payment of rental.

Case of immediate cancellation

Entry into Tenanted Rooms

Even in the tenant's absence, entry is made into the tenanted room for regular cleaning and inspection, or if required in an emergency.

• ● Be aware that the company bears no responsibility whatsoever for theft within the building.
• ● Please inquire for the various types of rental articles (chargeable or free) available.
• ● During your stay, we do not clean the rooms, but we can clean the room and make the bed for a separate charge.
